MADISON COUNTY, ALABAMA, Ala. — An intersection in Madison County will be converted into a four-way stop to improve safety and make it easier for pedestrians to cross.
Effective Thursday, August 7, the intersection of Jack Clift Boulevard and Lessie Clift Lane/Silo Lane will become an all-way stop. Crews will be on-site that morning to install stop signs, advance warning signs, and pavement striping.
Temporary “New” plaques and flashing red beacons will also be placed along Jack Clift Boulevard to alert drivers to the updated traffic pattern…
