HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — After over a year of the Hands-Free Ordinance being in effect, the Huntsville Police Department is hosting a forum to hear the public’s questions.
Anyone with questions is encouraged to join the Huntsville Police Citizens Advisory Council and some of its HPD officers for a community forum on the ordinance.
