Woman with prior fraud convictions arrested in Limestone Co. for attempted property theft, forgery

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office said a Rogersville woman was arrested following an investigation into attempted property theft.

LCSO said 44-year-old Olivia Muse Hollon was arrested following an investigation into fraudulent attempts to obtain ownership of multiple homes using forged documentation and fictitious personal and financial information. Hollon, a convicted felon with a known history of fraud-related offenses, was found to have submitted filings using false names and non-existent bank accounts to acquire real estate deeds unlawfully.
