DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – During Tuesday’s Decatur City Council meeting, councilmembers voted to rename a street for Steve Perkins.
Steve Perkins was shot and killed outside of his home on Ryan Drive in September 2023 during a dispute with a tow truck driver.
