MADISON, Ala. — Nearly 11 months after Madison crossing guard Terri Perdue was critically injured in a traffic accident, her recovery has been set back by a stroke that meant a return to the hospital.
Perdue’s son, Jimmy, says his mother is currently alert and in good spirits despite this latest health incident. The family is asking for continued prayers and support during this difficult time.
“As we are approaching the 11-month mark of mom being struck, we suffer a blow yet again,” he wrote in the update. “Mom has had a stroke and is in the hospital. She is alert and in good spirits.”
