Other components of the Lewter District mixed-use community include:
- The restoration and renovation of the historic Lewter Hardware Company building, including the addition of Brick & Tin, a farm-to-table restaurant on the first level and the RNGD Huntsville office on the second level.
- Construction of a new five-story, 75,000-sq.-ft. Class-A office building scheduled to open in spring 2026. Tenants will include Maynard Nexsen, a full-service national law firm that will relocate its Huntsville office to the top two floors of the new building.
