DECATUR, Ala. — Two people are in custody after a chaotic incident Monday evening in the parking lot of the Target Shopping Center in Decatur.
According to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, members of the Drug Enforcement Unit attempted to arrest two individuals when the suspects rammed two unmarked police vehicles while trying to flee.
