HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — All across the Tennessee Valley, furry friends are looking for their ‘fur’-ever home.
This week, News 19 is featuring another friend from the Greater Huntsville Humane Society in need of a home, Bear!
Meet Luna! News 19’s Adoptable Pet of the Week
GHHS said that at 358 days, Bear is their longest resident, and he’s been the adoptable pet of the week a few times before, too.
The folks over at the shelter said Bear is a staff and volunteer favorite ever since he returned to the shelter last Fall after originally being adopted in 2022. They have a few things they think everyone should know about him.
- He keeps his kennel spotless
- He takes treats as gently as they come
- He earns a gold star for his leash walking skills
- He adores the humans he trusts, greeting them with love and tail wags every time they tell him he’s a good boy
If you are interested in adopting Bear, you can visit her at the shelter or visit GHHS’ website. All of Bear’s adoption fees are being covered by Stanley Steemer…
