A new Chick-fil-A in north Huntsville, a senior living facility in Hays Farm and work at Huntsville International Airport are among the new construction projects in Madison, Morgan and Limestone Counties
More than $188.6 million in new projects have started in the Huntsville area since Sept. 9, according to permits pulled by reportconstruction.com. Permits for twenty-one projects exceeding $1 million have been issued.
New Chick-fil-A
The new work includes the $3.2 million Chick-fil-A Trailhead being built on the corner of U.S. 72 East and Mooresville Road near the new Food City grocery store. The restaurant will have inside seating for 70 people, with outside seating for 16.
