MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – Spencer Harwell is on trial for shooting and killing Frankie Smith back in June of 2021.
Tuesday’s testimony from a Decatur Police officer’s body camera footage showed him putting Harwell into the patrol car and asking if he was okay.
