HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Halloween brings excitement and danger for kids. With the holiday falling on a Friday this year, experts are warning parents about impaired drivers.
“Halloween’s one of the biggest days for children involved in pedestrian accidents due to drugs and alcohol,” said Sarah Perry with Partnership for a Drug Free Community.
