Three men arrested during “Operation Fright Night” in Morgan County will remain in jail without bond after waiving their Aniah’s Law hearing on Wednesday.
The suspects, identified as Logan Micahl Hansard, Terrance Louis Carter, and Barry Canaan Cook, were apprehended for engaging in sexually explicit conversations with children online and attempting to meet a child for sex.
Sheriff Ron Puckett emphasized the importance of targeting those who prey on children, stating, “Focusing on catching those that would prey on our children is a top priority.”…
