The City of Huntsville has approved a $240 million retail and restaurant project in north Huntsville. The development, called North Village Town Center, will offer more than 500,000 square feet of commercial space. It will be located at the intersection of State Route 255 and Memorial Parkway (U.S. 231/431), across from the Food City grocery store.
Major tenants will include Target and Home Depot. Other national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants are also planned. The site will have an Express Oil Change on the east side of Memorial Parkway, in front of Food City. The project is intended to serve residents of Huntsville and nearby areas, including southern Tennessee.
