HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The City of Huntsville is moving forward with redevelopment in the Mill Creek neighborhood, approving a resolution for Mayor Tommy Battle to execute a predevelopment loan agreement with Mill Creek Phase 2, LP. The agreement provides up to $1.98 million in interest-free funding.
The financing will support Phase 2 of the Mill Creek Choice Neighborhood Initiative, covering planning, design, and due diligence work needed before full construction begins.
