Six teens recaptured after escaping all-girls facility in Madison County

MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Owens Cross Roads Police Department says six teenage girls have been recaptured after escaping an all-girls facility in Owens Cross Roads Friday evening.

According to the police chief, the six girls, ages 14-16, escaped from Pathway of Madison County at about 8:15 p.m.

He did not say how the girls escaped, but said officers found all six and returned them to the facility…
