HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – In this week’s Next Question, News 19 sat down with Patrick Wynn. His journey with the Boys and Girls Club has come full circle from clubhouse kid to CEO.
“I attended the Boys Club,” said Wynn. “It was the boys’ club when I attended.”
Wynn is the CEO of the Boys and Girls Club of North Alabama. As a child, he spent several summers at the James A. Lane Club. News 19 asked him how the club has changed since he was a participant. “It’s night and day,” said Wynn. “When I attended, it was just a boy’s club, so it wasn’t girls, and the program changed, like 380 degrees. Everything we do, from our STEM programs to our own driver’s ed program. We have our own USDA feeding program with hot meals every day.”…
