In two separate hearings in Morgan County Circuit Court, one man charged with human trafficking was ordered held without bond, while another facing a rape charge was granted a $100,000 bond Nov. 10.
Danville resident Raul Ledesma Aleman, 47, appeared in court last week for an Aniah’s Law hearing, which allows Alabama judges the discretion to grant or deny bond for defendants charged with certain violent crimes.
