MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Court records show a former Madison Fire & Rescue captain was indicted in November on an animal cruelty charge.
Brandon Magill was indicted on November 7 for aggravated cruelty to an animal, a Class C Felony. Court documents state he slammed a pet on the floor and threw the animal across the room.
