HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Huntsville Police Department says it has arrested and charged a woman with murder in a deadly August wreck that killed a 13-year-old.
HPD said Monday that officers have arrested Sara Brianne Oleson, 33, of Huntsville after an extended investigation. The department said she has been charged with reckless murder.
Police said on Aug. 5, around 3:30 p.m., officers responded to a crash on Bailey Cove Road and Green Mountain Road. HPD said the victim, a 13-year-old boy, later identified by Mountain Gap Middle School as 8th grader Kallel Fox, was legally crossing the street when he was hit by a vehicle.
