HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Huntsville Police Department says a woman was arrested Tuesday in connection with a deadly August shooting.
HPD said Shaquasia Similton was arrested Tuesday in an investigation that began on August 18 on Torrance Drive.
Two injured, one in custody in Brahan Avenue shooting
The department said around 9:30 a.m. that day, officers responded to a shooting call in the 4400 block of Torrance Drive. When they arrived, HPD said officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound, and despite life-saving efforts, he later died.
