HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A 32-year-old man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault after a shooting that critically injured another man in what deputies say was a planned meeting arranged online.
Kerstin Dwayne Matkins was arrested two days after the shooting.
