HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A man convicted of shooting and killing a Huntsville Police Department STAC agent in December 2019 has filed a new appeal of his conviction.
LaJeromeny Brown was convicted of capital murder for the killing of STAC Agent Billy Clardy III in 2024 and sentenced to death. Brown previously filed an appeal in November 2024.
