OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. — In a statement on Facebook, the City of Owens Cross Roads said it recognizes that the operation of the Pathway of Madison County facility is “a topic of great interest” and emphasized that privacy laws stop the city from sharing certain details.
“The fact that the facility houses minor children limits our ability to discuss, disclose or disseminate certain information,” the city said.
