OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. (WHNT) – More details have been released about the legal action being taken by the City of Owens Cross Roads against the Pathway of Madison County facility and Director Richard White.
In November, the city decided to take legal action against Pathway, saying it didn’t meet certain requirements that were established earlier in the year.
