This was worthy of a holiday episode on a prankster television show.
It all started when Mark Mancini, Garrison director of military programs, came in on Saturday, Dec. 6, to decorate for his organization’s Christmas party. He turned the One Stop’s training room into a winter wonderland.
But on the day of the party, Dec. 9, he was hunched over with a sore back. Mancini told the members of the Directorate of Human Resources that he felt too bad to attend the party.
