Home sales were lower last month in most of the counties in the Huntsville area compared to a year ago.
But realtors said there is no reason to be alarmed. The local housing market remains healthy, they said.
“We’re firmly in a balanced market right now,” realtor Matt Curtis said. “Inventory has risen, homes are taking a little longer to sell, but prices are holding steady — which is exactly what a healthy housing market looks like.”…
