DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – A Moulton man arrested early Saturday for driving under the influence is an officer with the Decatur Police Department, police chief Torry Mack confirmed on Sunday.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said 28-year-old Wesley Duncan was driving his SUV on Iron Man Road in Morgan County around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, when it left the road, struck a culvert and then a utility pole.

Duncan was booked into the Morgan County Jail shortly after 5 a.m. Saturday, and was charged with driving under the influence. He bonded out of jail just after 7 p.m. Saturday, according to online jail records.
Duncan was off-duty at the time of the crash, Mack said.
