HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Woolsey Finnell has won District 4’s Deck the District competition for the second time with his elaborate holiday light display at his south Huntsville home.
Finnell began decorating on November 1 and completed the display before Thanksgiving. He spent most of his days off work installing the decorations.
