CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — A 24-year-old man died following an all-terrain vehicle crash on Christmas Eve, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Jeremiah Sivley, of Arab, was critically injured when the ATV he was riding overturned in the roadway. Sivley was reportedly not wearing a helmet. The crash happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday on Cullman County 1850 and by Cullman County 1851.
