HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A Huntsville man initially charged with assault is now facing a murder charge after his father died from injuries suffered in a December 6 shooting.
Police said William Fails Jr. shot his father, William Fails Sr., during a domestic dispute on Broadview Drive.
