ARAB, Ala. (WHNT) — It was a heavy Saturday in Arab as residents mourned the loss of Marshall County Commissioner Ronny Shumate.
“We’re all dealing with the shock of the sudden passing, and we have lost someone that is irreplaceable,” Marshall County attorney Clint Maze said.
