MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Marshall Medical Center North is celebrating a special milestone as it welcomed its first baby of 2026.
Hospital officials say that Heidi Adelheid Perea Parra made her grand entrance on January 2 at 7:39 a.m. She was born at 8 lbs. 1 oz. and measuring 18¾ inches long.
