MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A Hartselle man, charged with murder for the New Year’s Day shooting of Eric McCulloch, appeared in court Monday for an Aniah’s Law hearing.
The decision on Roger Clayton’s bond has been pushed to later in the week. His attorney is already representing a key witness in Clayton’s case in another case. The judge will appoint Clayton a different attorney.
