DECATUR, Ala. — A Hartselle man accused of recording video of a child in a bathroom stall in 2023 has been found competent to stand trial following a hearing Monday.
Blake Thomas Lorance appeared in Morgan County Circuit Court for a competency hearing before Judge Charles B. Elliott Monday afternoon. The hearing followed a formal indictment by a Morgan County Grand Jury during its April 2024 term.
