ATHENS, Ala. — The City of Athens’ new food truck ordinance is now in effect.
Passed by the Athens City Council in November, the ordinance expands the use of food trucks, setting guidelines for the issuance of mobile food unit decals and clear parameters for where and when food trucks can operate.
