HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A 44-year-old Huntsville man who allegedly shot and killed his 79-year-old father in early December has died in jail.
According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, William Fails Jr. was taken to the medical unit of Madison County Jail after reporting to staff that he wasn’t feeling well.
