Belle Mina residents waiting for judge’s decision on pausing rock quarry operations

ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) — A years-long battle between a town and a quarry continued at the Limestone County Courthouse on Wednesday.

“The noise, the traffic, the dust, it’s just too much to handle,” Attorney Sarah Stokes said.
