A Huntsville man who provides free lawn care to the elderly, disabled, veterans and others and who works with kids to instill the value of community service will be a special guest of Gov. Kay Ivey at her State of the State address Tuesday night.
Rodney Smith Jr., the founder of Raising Men and Raising Women Lawn Care Service, was invited to join Ivey at what will be her final State of the State address to kick off the 2026 legislative session.
