HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Huntsville Utilities said traffic will be impacted in different areas on both Wednesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday, traffic will be restricted at the intersection of James Record Road and Wall Triana Highway so crews can remove a transmission pole. The project is expected to last from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On Thursday, Holmes Avenue will close from Dallas Avenue to Woodson Street so crews can hang powerlines. The work, which is expected to run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., was originally scheduled for Monday.
