MADISON, Ala. (WAFF) – Residents at The Sutton apartments will enter their sixth day without running water Tuesday after the property owner failed to pay the water bill, according to Madison Utilities.
Residents say they have been using bottled water to bathe and flush their toilets for five days. Madison Utilities says the water shutoff falls solely on the property owner.
