Costco, the super-popular warehouse chain, will soon be part of the city of Madison.
On Monday, the Madison City Council voted 6-1 to annex the 23-acre piece of land that houses the Costco on Highway 72 at Clift Farm. The popular warehouse chain has been open for a year and consistently draws in large crowds.
