HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Starting next week, the Alabama Department of Human Resources is launching a new fraud prevention system to make sure that EBT benefits go to those who actually need them.
As part of this change, all EBT cards will automatically block out-of-state and online purchases to help prevent fraud.
