MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – A Morgan County roadway is closed after a person was found in a ditch.
Morgan County Sheriff’s deputies, EMS, and the volunteer fire department were dispatched to Apple Grove Rd in the Union Hill area after a person was found lying in a ditch.
