A Hartselle woman was arrested after she gave birth to a baby whose meconium tested positive for THC, according to police.
The Hartselle Police Department says, on Saturday, 30-year-old Erica Jaylyn Allen was charged with chemical endangerment of a child and booked into jail on a $2,500 bond.
