A 1-2 finish by Hazel Green’s Nehemiah Johnson and Josiah Johnson in the boys’ 800 meters was among the highlights of the Martin Luther King Indoor Classic #1 held at the Birmingham CrossPlex on Monday afternoon.
Nehemiah Johnson narrowly won over Josiah Johnson, winning in 1 minute, 58.35 seconds to Josiah’s 1:58.97. It was the most contested event of the meet, as the top four finishers were under 2:00.
