HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Air travel is feeling the effects of a massive winter storm, and that’s impacting those flying to or from Huntsville International Airport.
By Saturday morning, more than a dozen flights were listed as canceled or significantly delayed, leaving hundreds of travelers grounded. The most severe disruptions hit American Airlines’ hub connections to Dallas-Fort Worth and Washington D.C., while Delta proactively cancelled several midday flights to Atlanta as the world’s busiest airport braced for its own round of ice accumulation.
