The plans for future apartment complexes within Huntsville’s city limits may be slowing down, but the apartment boom in the Rocket City is not over yet.
That is because the city saw a record 19 complexes completed in the city last year, according to the Huntsville 2025 Development Review released Tuesday night at the Planning Commission meeting.
Among the apartment complexes opening last year included the 330-unit combination apartment-hotel combination Placemakr Huntsville at Anthem House in MidCity; the $98 million, 332-unit Vista at Councill Square at 521 Davis Circle; the $50 million, 200-unit Mural at Stovehouse; and the $71 million, 273-unit Bartley Lofts in downtown Huntsville…
