Burritt on the Mountain is opening its gates to the community for a free Valentine’s-themed celebration designed to bring history, creativity and connection together on Round Top Mountain.
Presented by FirstBank, “Love, Burritt Day” will take place Saturday, Feb. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering a full day of hands-on activities, live demonstrations, music and food for visitors of all ages.
Throughout the day, Burritt’s historic park will come alive with traditional craft demonstrations, including blacksmithing, woodworking and open-hearth cooking. Guests can also watch spinners and weavers demonstrate historic textile techniques on a variety of looms, offering a glimpse into 19th-century life on the mountain…
