A popular cocktail bar based in Birmingham (and a James Beard Award finalist!) is opening a Huntsville location. Adiõs Cocktail Bar will open in late spring/early summer at The Lumberyard downtown.
Inspired by Mexico City’s bar scene, Adiõs is known for its inventive craft cocktails, traditional Mexican spirits and lively atmosphere—and it’s already teasing the new Huntsville location on Instagram.

Adiõs is the brainchild of two hospitality industry veterans, José Medina Camacho and Jesús Méndez. Both born in Mexico, Camacho and Méndez immigrated to Alabama in the early ’90s and made their mark on Birmingham’s food and beverage scene…
