HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A Huntsville Police Department dispatcher is suing the city and Chief Kirk Giles for discrimination and retaliation.
Morgan Sommerville, a communications officer with HPD Dispatch since 2022, filed the lawsuit on February 11. It alleges the City of Huntsville and Police Chief Kirk Giles discriminated and retaliated against him.
